At NatioNet, digital privacy and data security are core principles of our borderless network. This policy outlines exactly how we handle your personal information and guarantees your right to anonymity.

1. Information We Collect

To generate your unique NetID and digital wallet pass, we collect minimal operational data during the standard checkout process:

User-Provided Identity Data: First Name and Last Name (or your preferred pseudonym/username). We do not require or collect physical addresses, telephone numbers, or official government identification.
Contact Data: Email address (essential to securely deliver your digital pass download link and transaction receipt).
Payment & Tax Data: All transactions are securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store, view, or process your credit card numbers on our servers. Lemon Squeezy collects your billing country and zip code solely to comply with global tax and VAT regulations.
System-Generated Data: A unique NetID number and account creation timestamp (Member Since) are automatically generated by our system and attached to your profile. We do not collect or require profile photographs.

2. The Strict Anonymity & No-Public-Display Guarantee

To protect the privacy of our network members, NatioNet enforces a strict policy against public data exposure:

No Public Registries: Your contribution amount, selected name/pseudonym, email, and NetID number will never be listed publicly on our website.
Full Data Privacy: The network registry is entirely confidential. Your profile remains completely anonymous to the public and to other members of the community.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data with trusted infrastructure providers solely to fulfill the technical delivery of your digital product:

Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing, fraud prevention, and global tax compliance.
PassKit: Our designated digital wallet pass provider, used to dynamically generate the secure, updateable wallet files compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third-party marketing or advertising companies.

4. Data Security & Retention

We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure API protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your information is retained securely as long as your NetID remains active in our system.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to request access to the data we hold, request corrections, or request the permanent deletion of your profile. Deleting your profile will instantly and permanently deactivate your digital Wallet Pass and remove your NetID from the network database.
