Welcome to NatioNet. By accessing our website, registering an account, and acquiring a NetID or digital Wallet Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Legal Nature of the Project

NatioNet is an independent, borderless digital community initiative created to bring internet users together under a shared cyber-identity framework.

No Governmental Affiliation: NatioNet is strictly a private digital network. It is not a government agency, official public administration, passport issuance authority, or disaster management center.
No Official Status: The NetID number and the downloadable digital Wallet Pass provided through this platform are symbolic community credentials. They hold zero legal weight, carry no sovereign governmental recognition, and cannot be used as official identification or travel documents under any circumstances.

2. Registration and User Conduct

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to use your NetID, Wallet Pass, or community profile to misrepresent yourself as a government official, law enforcement officer, or authorized representative of any physical jurisdiction.
Anti-Spam Policy: The creation of automated profiles, bot registrations, or script-driven acquisitions is strictly prohibited.

3. Financial Model & Network Contributions

NatioNet operates on a “Pay What You Want” model with a mandatory baseline fee:

The $5 USD Baseline: Access to the network registry requires a mandatory minimum payment of $5 USD. This baseline fee functions strictly as an operational security barrier to eliminate automated bot spam and directly covers the technical issuance and hosting costs associated with your dynamic digital wallet pass.
Voluntary Contributions: Any amount paid above the $5 USD minimum is a completely voluntary contribution. These extra funds are allocated directly to maintaining server security, scaling digital infrastructure, and developing the network.

4. Intellectual Property

All design assets, code, branding concepts, and digital pass structures associated with NatioNet are the property of the project founders. Your registration grants you a personal, non-transferable license to display your digital pass in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for personal use within the community.

5. Limitation of Liability & Termination

NatioNet and its operators provide this platform on an “as-is” basis and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the digital pass. We reserve the right to permanently deactivate any NetID and Wallet Pass if a user violates these terms, attempts to breach network infrastructure, or uses the pass for deceptive purposes.
